At EdgeQ, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we gladly accept returns or size exchanges within 30 days of your delivery date.
🔁 Returns & Exchanges
- You may return your item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or size exchange.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and include all original tags and packaging.
- Damaged items cannot be returned.
- All returns must include proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
- Returns must be shipped back in one package using the same courier service as the original delivery.
Once your return is approved, we’ll share the nearest warehouse address for return shipping. Please note that returns are not processed at our shop address. This ensures your parcel reaches the correct facility quickly and securely.
Please note that return shipping costs are covered by the customer.
📏 Size Exchange
Need a different size? No problem. Simply email us at info@shopedgeq.com within 30 days of delivery, and our team will guide you through the exchange process.
📦 Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged during shipping, please email us at info@shopedgeq.com immediately with:
- Photos showing the damage
- Your order number and a short description of the issue
We will match the delivery date with your email timestamp to verify your claim. Once confirmed, we’ll send a replacement at no extra cost.
💰 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email about the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note:
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Refunds are not available for sale items.
⏳ Delayed or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
Check your bank account again.
Contact your credit card provider (some banks take time to process).
If the issue persists, email us at info@shopedgeq.com and we’ll assist promptly.

- Clearance items
- Custom-made or personalized products
- Items not in their original condition (worn, washed, altered, or missing tags)
