  • Delivery times: Usually 7-12 working days (Monday to Friday)

Cancellation of the order

You can cancel your order and receive a full refund if you do so within 5 minutes of purchase. Please email us immediately if you wish to cancel your order. Changes or cancellations are no longer possible once the order has been shipped.

Shipment tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number. Please ensure you provide a correct email address to track your order. Creating an account is not required, but it will make tracking easier.

Change of address or telephone number

If you would like to change the phone number or address of your order, please contact us as soon as possible before shipping. Once the order is processed, no changes can be made. In this case, you can request a return and place the order again.

Untracked orders

If you have any issues with your tracking number or the delivery of your package, please contact the courier directly first. Tracking information takes 1-4 business days to become visible. In rare cases, this information may not be updated, but your order will still be delivered. If you do not receive your order after the estimated delivery time, please contact us.
